This is the third property of Tony & Moly, located at middle of Minami-Fukuoka station and Sasabaru station (JR Kagoshima Line), it’s also right between Ijri station and Zasshonokuma station (Nishitetsu Omuta Line).

This property is also the first independent house with Tony & Moly.

1. Location

Located at middle of Minami-Fukuoka station and Sasabaru station (JR Kagoshima Line), it’s also right between Ijri station and Zasshonokuma station (Nishitetsu). If you want to go to Hakata, you can walk 10minutes to Minami-Fukuoka station and get off the train at the next station when you take express train. If you are going to Tenjin, you can walk to Zasshonokuma for 10 minutes, take regular train to Ohashi station, and then switch to express train there. No matter where you go, you should be able to arrive in 20 minutes from home.

2. Key features of the property

There are three rooms in the house, each room can accommodate at least two beds, so you won’t need worry when you have friends wanting to stay over. There is a bath tub, a toilet, and a washing machine, and because there will only be a small number of people staying in this share house, you don’t need to be afraid of queuing. At last, there is an open kitchen and living room, you can enjoy a relaxing time with housemates here.

3. Surroundings

Supermarket Nafco and convenience store 7-eleven are just next to the house, Gintencho shopping district and shops in Minami-fukuoka station building are in walking distance. Fruit stores, Vegetable stores and supermarkets, you will be able to get everything you need.
